  • The retailer must effectively use all POS display material, branding and packaging material.
  • The retailer must sign the Channel Partner-Shop in Shop agreement.
  • Ensure that the brand trademark and IP right are protected and not misused.
  • The retailer must sell products as products as per the company policy only.
  • The retailer must sell products to end consumers only. The retailer cannot appoint any sub agent/sub retailer
  • The retailer has to take permission from the company before running any plans or promotions on the brand.
