I decided to gift one of their product to my wife on occasion of our anniversary. I placed the order and was waiting for it to arrive, but was disappointed as the expected delivery was near and yet the product was not out of manufacturing and I was pretty sure it was going to miss my anniversary date. I raised this concern with customer executive and they worked on it and made sure I received it the next day it was shipped! Being busy with work I usually dont write reviews, but there is no other way I can appreciate.
