Where is Bluestone located?We are located in Bangalore, the Garden City, once a pensioner's paradise now 'The Silicon Valley of India'. We design and manufacture all our jewellery in India.

Do you have stores? Can I visit you to see the jewellery?No, we only sell through the online store www.bluestone.com and don't keep an inventory of jewellery which you can see. Majority of our designs are 'make-to-order'. We do not have a snazzy store and the cost saved there is passed on as benefits to our customers.

Where is your jewellery made?Most of our Jewellery is made in India except a few pieces and component like findings, which are imported.

Does Bluestone have a catalog?No, we don't have a print catalog as of now.

Do you offer discounts?No, we do not offer any discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers instead of discounts.

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?No, we do not sell gift cards as now. However, we would be doing so shortly.

I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate it to some other page. However, we will try our best and make it available for you. Contact Bluestone Customer Delight team.

How much does it cost me to have a Bluestone product delivered to my home?Bluestone provides free shipping on all items within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?Our delivery date depends on the product that you select. We have several products which can be delivered to you in 3 working days. You can see these products here: http://www.bluestone.com/jewellery/3-day-delivery.html
Some of our products are 'Made to Order' and we take 10 working days to deliver these 'Made to Order' jewellery pieces safely to you. These 10 working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and other festive holidays. -
How will the delivery be done?We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How safe is my product?Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Bluedart. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Does Bluestone deliver internationally?Bluestone doesn't deliver items internationally as yet, but we will do so very shortly!

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?If it is not shipped as yet, you can change the shipping address or else Bluestone will coordinate with our courier partners to get your purchase delivered to the new address. Please contact our Customer Delight team at 080-6768 4939. If your address cannot be changed because your jewellery is in transit, we will reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

What is your Return Policy?Our 30-day No Questions asked Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the shipping date. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day return policy.

How do I return the product to Bluestone within 30days?» Contact our customer delight team at 080-6768 4939.
» As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a Bluestone tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
» Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Bluestone. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
» Once your package is ready, just contact our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
» Once your returned item is received by Bluestone, your refund or new item will be processed.

What is your Exchange Policy?Bluestone offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy. If the product and diamonds/stones are intact, the piece may be exchanged for any other item at 80% of the current market price. At the time of exchange, presentation of certification card is required.

Can I commission a custom design?Currently, we do not accept orders for custom designs that need to be made from scratch or altered in a minor way. Keep in touch, because we'll be doing so shortly.

Can I get the jewellery in a different gemstone or metal not offered on Bluestone?Currently, we do not accept orders for custom designs. We are working hard to offer this to you soon.

Do pendants come with the chain?Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. Please select your pendant, after selecting the pendant that you like, there is an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?No, our apologies as of now we do not accept orders for custom sizes.

What if I don't know the ring size?We have a complimentary plastic ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you. We'd love to help you get your ring size it right the first time!

Do you carry a specific style/gem?You can use the drop down menus in our top navigation bar to browse by piece type or by gem. We also have very powerful text search. Just type what you are looking for in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You can find colors, styles, and price ranges this way also.

Does Bluestone sell Conflict Free diamonds?Rest assured, Bluestone.com uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).To know more about Conflict free diamonds.

Is my jewellery authentic and certified?All jewellery bought from Bluestone.com is certified by IGI or HKD, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world.

I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

Can I resize my Ring?We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge.

Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.

What is the Gold Mine saving plan?The Gold Mine saving plan brought to you by BlueStone is a monthly saving plan that helps you invest better to buy jewellery of your choice. Under the Gold Mine saving plan, you will be paying a monthly installment for a period of 11 months and the 12th month installment will be made by BlueStone and you can make a purchase of any jewellery of that total amount.

How does it work?Under the Gold Mine saving plan you need to deposit a fixed installment every month for a period of 11 months with BlueStone. The 12th month installment will be paid by BlueStone and you will be entitled to jewellery of that amount.

Who is eligible to register?Anyone above 18 years of age is eligible to enroll in the Gold Mine saving plan.

Can I enroll now and pay later?No, you need to pay the first installment online before you are given an Order ID.

Can I change the amount in between?No, you cannot change the amount after the first installment has been made. However, you can always enroll and create a new account under the Gold Mine saving plan.

What are the available payment options?Bluestone offers three methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card (Master Cards and Visa), Debit Cards (Master Cards and Visa), and Net Banking.

Can I pay all installments at once?Ideally, you have to pay installments every month. If you decide to pay all installments at one go and make a purchase, then you will not avail the 12th month free installment from BlueStone. However, if you do pay all the installments at one go and are willing to wait till 12 months to make a purchase, then you can avail the 12th month free installment from BlueStone.

Till when can I redeem my account after maturity?You can redeem your account at any time that is convenient after the 12th month.

Can I get to buy before maturity of my saving plan?You can buy jewellery for the amount that is accumulated till date, but you will not avail the 12th month free installment from BlueStone in case you buy before the maturity date.

Can I get a Cash refund?No, cash refunds are not allowed in the Gold Mine saving plan.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer delight team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.

Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?All sales prices are final and Bluestone does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Return Policy.

Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 day return and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
